Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have two children that I have had custody of since birth, they have two different fathers that live in the same city, Young County Texas. Their ages are ten and eight. They were taken away from me by the court and I do not know why. No charges were ever told to me by a lawyer or a judge. Can this be done legally? Do I not have the right to know why this was done?

How do you know it was a COURT that took them away? Do you have any paperwork at all? Did anyone give you a copy of a court order?

Check with your local district clerk's office and see what was filed. Then go down to the courthouse and read the file (it's a public record).
