If I gave temporary custody of my children that was noterized how do I get them back

You don't give custody unless there is a court order, not a notarize form.

Since you obviously gave your children to someone else without talking to an attorney first, it might be a good idea to talk to one now. Without knowing the actual situation it would be wrong to answer.
