Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

children

i have 3 kids, there dad as been in prison for 2 yrs for injury to a child but not mine, he was in prison for 3yrs before that for robbery & theft, he is a drug addict & a gang member, we went to court in 05, for child support i have never received any, he gets out in july 09, do i have to let him see the kids?

I would suggest that you talk to a family law attorney immediately.

You would need to get a certified copy of your current court order.
