Children Left Alone
During the last visitation period, I receivied a call at 1 AM from my 9 year old son. He was crying, and informed me he and his 7 year old sister had been left at their father's apt alone. My son was too afraid to call 911 & my ex husband has failed to provide me with his address, so I had no idea where to send the police if I had called. I was 2 hours away from them. They later found him down at the pool and he was drunk. What are my options here? I live in Tarrant County- He lives in Bell County.

Are the orders out of Tarrant County? You need to take immediate action. You need a lawyer to file contempt for failure to provide his address -- and do not send the children back without this information. That was an extremely dangerous situation. In such a situation -- you could have called the police, and they could have found them from the phone number. You need to modify the visitation. Your children were in danger, especially at their age. Retain an attorney.

You could call CPS. However, you should just file a motion to modify and ask for his visitation to be restricted to only supervised visitation. If you don't have custody, I ask for that too.
