Children being manipulated and ex-husband harrassing ex-wife
My ex-husband takes my daughter's cell phone away, not allowing her or my younges daughter to call me. Tells them that they can use his cell phone, yet when they do ask him he tells them that I should call them on his cell phone. When I do, he won't pick up. When it is his weekend, his parents are the ones who take care of the girls because he is too busy with church activities and ministries. He tells my daughters that they are ungodly because they dance, and play softball. That I am a bad mother because I lived with a man for four years.

Perhaps you need to modify your current arrangement.

You will need witnesses and evidence in order to accomplish a modification.

You need a certified copy of your final decree to take to any attorney that you might consider retaining to represent you.
