Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my children don't want to go with the other parent for thier visitation because that parent and new intrest are mean to them, do i have to make them go?

Yes. If there is a good reason that they should not go (not just that they don't want to) then you should have your orders changed accordingly. Realize that most judges know that kids frequently think that their parents are mean.

You did not state their ages and that could enter into it.
