Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

children passports

I am the custodial parent of 3 young children. My ex has not seen them in 4 months. He has sold his home, and remarried a woman in the country of Columbia. I am afraid my ex will take my children there. He has the children's passports. Can I do anything to keep this from happening?

Re: children passports

I would be glad to discuss the options available to you if you would contact me directly. You may need to ask the Court to impose some injunctive provisions preventling the children from travelling outside of the country and also to get possession of the children's passports into your hands. Contact me to discuss this matter further.
