Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My children were takne by cps. on 2-24-2010 !

1. there was no exigent circumstances .

2. at the time the c.p.s. took the children ,there was court order enforce .

3.the judge who instructed the c.p.s.to take my children, never signed his court order : is this legal ?

my child was abused by an foster mother who was an contractor with c.p.s. abused my child, can i sue the foster mom ?

You need to hire a lawyer. There are time limits on how long one of these CPS cases is allowed to linger with no action being taken.
