Children traveling outside of their home state

What is the rule for a infant traveling out of his home state with one of his joint managing conservators? Does one party have to ask for permission or do they just have to give notice?

Take a look at your decree to see if there are any restrictions. Also, a word of practical advice: Tell the other JMC well ahead of time about the trip, and provide an itinerary and telephone numbers.
