if you and your wife/husband are seperated but still married does the mom or dad of the chuld have the right to force standard visatation?

The judge will make the decision concerning what the possession schedule should be based upon all the facts related to the child and the parents. The judges start with the standard schedule as a format for their decision.
I suggest you hire an attorney to assist you.

The only one with the right to "force" anything is the Judge. You need to get an attorney, file for divorce and get some temporary orders into place to control such things as visitation and support.
