This situation has 'future disputes' written all over it. You need to get a court order which spells out all of the visitation and cost issues, as well as flight arrangements.

Re: My childrens moving out of country

Based on what you have written, you need to review the specific terms of your current court order. Within the current court order, it should state when visitation is to occur and who is supposed to pay. If your court order does not address these issues, then you should consider retaining a family law firm to assist you with a modification of the court order. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

The first thing to check is what the current Court orders provide for access and whether there is a domicile restriction in place. These can become complicated matters, but if it is her who is moving, then the Court should assess most of the travel costs for visitation to her. I am board certified in the field of family law. I can assist you with this matter. Contact me if you are interested in visiting about these issues further.
