Re: childrens rights
The first question is "Why". Is there abuse or neglect alleged? If not, then no court is likely to disallow all visits. The court will be interested in whether the mother causes or encourages his attitude. There are many other questions that need to be answered, but the general answer is "No". All teenagers go theough periods like that, as judges well know. Even if there is a potential for harm to the child, the judge might order supervised visitation.
