How much rights does a eight old have in the state of

Texas? Her parents are divorce and while she and her

thirteen year old brother was visiting their father in olka., after swimming in Lake Texcoma her brother

died with primary amebic meningoencephalitis. She was real close to her brother and she was on the same intertube when he contact the disease. Now she doesn't

want to go to her father's house in Okla. Her mother and stepdaddy has encourge her to go but she's afraid.

How much rights does she have.

The child is the subject of a custody order just like the mother and the father. The Court has ordered a custody and visitation schedule and the parties are expected to abide by the order - even the children. If the child is having problems, someone should help her with those problems so that she can have an appropriate relationship with both of her parents. I am very sorry for the loss of your son.
