Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my childs father has custody can i still have her on my section 8 if she stays some weekends and for a month out of the summer also if the lawyer runs her social will he know shes on my housing

No, you cannot include her on you section 8. Your housing records can be subpoened very easily. Don't lie on Section 8 or you will get kicked off.
