Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is my childs father required to pay for his insurance even if my son is now covered under my new husbands policy? My husband and I also have a child together.. Im not sure if that makes a difference since the price is not much different to have 2 children on the policy

Look at the order that requires the child's father to provide insurance.

It probably requires him to provide insurance through whatever source he can find - your employer, or somebody else's. If your new husband is paying for the insurance, and the child's father reimburses him, then he's fulfilling the obligation.
