Do I still have to let my child's father get visition if he refuses to pay childsupport? He has not paid childsupport in over a year.

Yes, you have to let him have his visitation. Read your order. Dad isn't "buying" his visitation rights when he pays child support.
Go talk to the Attorney General about enforcing the child support order. Take a look here:
