Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child's visitation

My divorce decree states that ex-husband has limited visitation with my 2yr old daughter of 3hrs every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday. I gave him a written letter requesting to switch a weekend for an already planned trip, and he refuses to work with me what so ever. Is there anything I can do about this, since my case is over, I am not ever sure if I can use my previous attorney

Re: Child's visitation

Most decrees state that the visitation is by mutual agreement, or lacking mutual agreement, then provides a schedule. If he does not agree with a change, then you are bound by the schedule.

If you are seeking a permanent change in the visitation, then consult a lawyer for a modification of the decree.
