Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child-school

is there any form i can file myself to prevent my son's mother from taking him out of this school district-there are no papers stating who has custody, just verbal agreement that he go to school here. Now she has moved to houston and wants to change his school again, can I stop her from withdrawing him?

Re: Child-school

Obviously your "verbal agreements" are not working.

A Court must sign ORDERS that state what can and cannot be done.
