I took my childs father to court for modification of child support. I spent all the money i could afford on my attorney. Well the judge ruled in my favor there was evidence of him hiding monies.She scoled him pretty good. Well since then he's made one payment its been 6mnths and nothing.Well i called the oag. only to find out he has reqested a modification package.Now the oag is trying to serve him as of now because he is in violation but I know he is working the system by working under the table he'll do anything not to pay.I'ts really sad cause it only affects the child. My question is do you think he well be successful getting his modification.Did i spend all that money to go back to square one. Please tell me there's some light at the end of this tunnel.

Wish there was a magic wand to wave to make your child's father a great guy who pays his child support willingly, but there isn't. Sounds like you're doing the right things. On the bright side, normally you go back in front of the same Judge and Judges, like elephants, never forget.
