China marriage-usa divorce

I am a us citizen who was married in china to a chinese woman - she wants to divorce - we are living in texas and she has a green card - she wants to go home - is it legal to get a divorce in america if married in china.

Of course. File it now and get her served now before she takes off for China and makes it really difficult.
