Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Citation

I received a citation saying that I am being sued. 4 yrs ago I got legal guardianship over my half siblings. My dad retired 5-07 & I haven't received child support since. $24,000.plus in back support is due-& they are saying the siblings are entitled to 50%. I live in KS & I am not sure how to handle this situation.

You didn't say who was suing you or how old your siblings are. You really need a good family law attorney in Texas in the county where the suit was filed. Good Luck!
