Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a U.S. citizen married to a Philippine citizen and we have two kids. If we get a divorce how can I keep my children with me and not risk loosing them to her and going to the Philippines.

I assume that you were married in the United States and that you live in the United States.

Ask the Judge to put an order in the divorce decree that says that she can't take the children out of the United States. In fact, ask for a geographic restriction that will describe an area within which she has to establish the children's residence.
