Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Civil contempt

I domesticated my alimoney and divore from Florida to Texas and filed and served civil contempt in Houston.

1) Can I run two cases concurrently ie., Texas and Florida.

2) Once I get the court date how do I serve my ex spouse? ie., can it be mailed. what are the rules?

3) I filed motion for review for a larger amount. (around $750,000) am pro sae presently.

If you have to be asking these questions, you need the assistance of an attorney. $750K at stake? With an attorney, your share would still be substantial - if it is collectible. I appreciate that you might not want to pay an attorney, but think of what you might get in return. Good Luck.
