Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have a close friend that is pregant and dont want it due to already having too many kids right now and because i have beenn unsuccessfull in having a child she wants to give her to me what legual steps do we need to take for me to get full guardianship of the baby and will it be real custody and rights that i would have or inorder to get real rights and guardianship do i need to adopt her? and 1 more thing if we did do it as an adoption how do we do it?

For this to be a permanent arrangement, her parental rights, and the parental rights of the father would have to be terminated. You would petition for adoption. It is not a DIY process, and has serious, permanent consequences - you need it done right. Consult with attorneys regarding the overall cost of a private adoption in your area.
