Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in the closing process of purchasing a home and I am claiming not married on the house, but over 20 years ago I was married for approx. 2 months and have no whereabouts of the ex, have not seen in over 20 years, the lender is asking for a divorce decree and I don't have one. What should I do?

Admit you are married??? Put off buying the house until you get a divorce??? Unless your spouse has already divorced you without your knowledge or has died, you are married.
