Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Common law marriage, now he is flaking out on me, changed locks and now won't let me in and all of my things are in the apt. Having an affair out of town gone for days at a time & lets someone go in to feed cat. What can I do?

File for divorce and ask for temporary orders; you'll get a hearing in about two weeks. Bring his behavior to the attention of your Judge.
