Is common law legally binding in a marriage between an american citizen and a hispanic imigrant

Re: common law marriage

A common law marrige requires: 1) the parties living together, 2) an understanding between the parties that they intend to be married and 3) the parties holding themselves out to other persons as being married.

If those three factors do not exist, there is no common law marriage.

The fact that one person is not a US citizen does not effect whether there is a common law marriage.
