Common Law marriage requirments in Texas

What are the requisites that must be met before a couple would be considered ''common Law'' married in the state of Texas?

Re: Common Law marriage requirments in Texas

1. Cohabitate (live together),and

2. Hold themselves out to the public as married, and

3. Both intend to be married.

Number 2&3 go together, if all three of these elements are present and can be proved then you are common law married in the state of Texas.
