Common law marriage in Texas
Living in Texas with a partner for 13+ years exclusively, as married, but without the license. No joint bank accounts - he did not have a joint bank account with his previous wife either. He is now cheating and trying to force me and my child to leave the home. He denies there is another woman, but I am aware of details, despite his deception. Other woman is wealthy - a millionaire. He is in great financial durress and legal battles are ensuing. He likes to live lavishly. Has many businesses on paper - all non-operational. Other woman has children (he hates children). She is unaware that he hates children, is a fraud, is in debt, and is after her money, and knows nothing about me. He is sinking fast and she is his windfall. He has recently bought her an engagement ring costing approx. $45,000 and plans to marry her - a wise investment as he sees it. What recourse do I have if any, to make this cheating fraud pay? Please advise.

Start by hiring a lawyer, and filing for divorce. There are certain allegations that can be properly made in the pleadings, which are public record.
