Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have been common law married for 14 years i would like to divorce my husband due to infidelity on his part. The only major itme we have ( besides the kids ) is a house we have had for 3 years and a storage unit which for some reaosn he has not put my name on. I have asked him to leave and he will not. both of our names are on the mortgage. i do not have money for a laywer what is my best recourse in texas?
