common law marrige

if a married man and woman get a legal divorce, then live together again with each other for 7 yrs, can they become common law married in texas.

Maybe.. takes more than just living together. The 7 years has nothing to do with. Question is Did you hold yourself out as husband and wife.. did you two agree to be married when you lived together. If answer to those questions is yes.. then you just very well may be married again
