My boyfriend separated from a woman that he lived with for more than four years,she is still technically married to another man even though she lived with the boyfriend four years, they have incured debt together, but there was in children born to the relationship, she since has found his telephone and keep calling it all the time non-stop, now she is leaving notes on my car front window, in a total of three days when she gets on the phone and hears me she hangs up she calls from her job constantly the notes on my car window makes me very aprehensive about the closeness and the harm she could do my car, him or me.Thru the legal system what can be done,the last note states''I am not running behind you that's a lie I have a real man'' So you can stop telling that lie I don't want you ok, but I will always Be around even when you least expect. This note was placed on my windshield at 5:20pm 7-22-06 what do we do. Help Andrea

First of all, if she is still married to someone else, then she cannot be the common-law wife of your boyfriend.
Get a restraining order against her.
