How would the community funds be calculated

If only my husband's name is on the loan of my house and not the deed how would be community funds be calculated if we only be married a short time going on 5yrs and I had my house 2yrs before the marriage?

You are really going to have to go talk to a good family law attorney to get that kind of answer. There is too much information that is just not here and this is a more involved question than you realize.
