Community property?
My husband bought our home prior to our marriage and paid $70,000 down. After we married he put the house in my name,as well. We have been married and paid on the house for 5 years. Is it considered community property, and am I entitled to money from the house?

It is not community property; however, you may have a separate property interest in the house by reason of a gift from husband to you. It depends upon how the transaction was structured - the paperwork concerning the transactions is the key.
There may also be an economic contribution claim on behalf of the community estate.
I suggest you hire a lawyer to assist in sorting out the issues.
