Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Community Property State

I own the home we currently live in, purchased prior to our marriage 8 yrs ago. We live in community property state. Both parties work and have contributed to mortgage since we married. Spouse is threatening to sue for 1/2 of sale of home upon split. What part/if any, is he entitled to since home was mine prior to marriage? Also, I have refinance the loan since we have been married, but home remains in my name, his name appears no-where on the loan.
