Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Computer software & CD's

Can opposing attorney legally view and copy my CD's and software without my consent? Some of these were personal and some were company CD's with confidential info.

Since you have probably hired an attorney, and I would highly recommend that you talk to them, this is a question that we cannot answer without violating attorney/client privilege.
