my cousin let a man she started dateing move in her home with her and her 4 kids this man is from another state working in texas. he told her he wasnt married she is now 7 months preg.he lived with her over a year. he left to go to another job he said. she found out he went home to his wif and 2 kids. what can she do? she also traded her new tahoe and sol her corovett so he could get a jeep and help her pa y bills

Get the Attorney General involved so that she can get child support from this looser.

Since he is already married, there is no common law marriage.
There is nothing she can do about selling her vehicle and purchasing a new one. Is her name on the title to the Jeep?
She needs to keep copies of all her prenatal bills. When the baby is born, she can ask that he reimburse her and begin paying child support for the new baby.
