Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am concered that I am not getting a fair deal I just reviewed my final court papers from 2006 and realized that there are geographic restrictions. My daughters father is currently almost 11,000 dollars behind in child support and counting. He has been evicted from his apartment and had his vehicle repoed I am not here to make stabbs but I currently recieved and job offer out of our restriction area and he is saying he will not allow me to leave with our daughter but this is my oppurtunity to make our financial situation better since he is not helping financially. I also have no family here I have only been here this long because of our current orders. Where I am trying to relocate to I have a huge family system and friends what is the likelyhood of me getting the restrictions lifted so I can better our lives???

You need a referral to a tough attorney that will convince your ex to allow you to move.

I'd be glad to refer you to someone.

You have to make it worth it to him.

He's just being a bully.
