confirmation or arrearages

Can I still got to jail for arrearages when I am paying them as ordered by the court?

If you are current on your court ordered payments, you cannot go to jail.

You have entered into a "contract" to make payments. If you have done everything in the "contract" then you are fulfilling the "contract".
