Conflict of Interest

If I used an attorney in the divorce against my ex-wife, and she is now married to another man, but wishes to leave him, can she use the attorney I used to divorce her, or is that conflict of interest?

That depends on you. If you and your exwife have no outstanding issues from your divorce and you have no objections to your attorney representing her and your attorney does not object then I see no problem.
