conflict of interest

is it a conflict of interest if me and my wife divorce in the courthouse that her mother has been employed at for over a decade?also the judge that has our case is the judge her mother worked for as a court reporter for a period of time.she still currently works in the same court house but different judge.is this a conflict of interest and how do i get it thrown out.

You need an attorney who can evaluate your situation. Just because your mother-in-law works at the county courthouse is not going to get you divorce "thrown out." What it may get you is a visiting judge.
