i am so confused

i am going through a divorce and fell in love with a man i have known my whole life but he just got out of prison! what are the consequenses of us having a relationship?

I don't know what you mean by the consequences of your relationship -- however, depending upon the nature of his crime, and the volatility of your divorce; if you have children, you are risking conservatorship of your children for this guy.
