Confusing Child Custody
Me and my ex have a special possession order regarding my daughter it states: that he shall have the right of possession from the first sunday to the third sunday of every month and it is further ordered that this right of possession shall include the periods of possession for summer visitation. After the child starts kindergarten standard possession will fall into place. Does this mean he gets her for the 2 weeks throughout the year and for the 42 days in the standard summer possession. Please help I am confused and worried.

If you have a question about your custody order, you really need to have an attorney review the entire order with you instead of providing piecemeal clauses here for us to attempt to interpret.
