Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

As the conservatory parent of my grandaughter, my daughter is having issues with the father, concerning visitation and when he returnes my grandaughter. The decree states she should be returned no later than 6:00 PM on the last day of visitation. Sometimes, it is as late as 10:00 M. What legal recourse does my daughter have, in terms of getting him to abide by the decree? It is starting to affect the child's behaviour and attitude toward her mother.

She can file a motion for contempt. Dad was ordered to do something (return the child at 6:00); he doesn't do it; therefore he should be punished.
