Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
conservertorship
My mother managed to get conservortorship of my children, without mentioning the fact that she had a case against her by Child Protective Services. It was joint conservertorship which included her, my stepdad, and myself. She and my stepdad are serving very long prison sentences. she is serving 40 years and he is serving 30 years. During the time before they were sentenced i provided everything that they needed from clothes, to childcare, medical care, and food.i was taking care of them regardless to the fact they were living under her roof. now the children are in my custody, and my mother is writing my sisters telling them to take my children from me. I do not do drugs have never gone to jail. i am deemed by all accounts a model citizen. my children have plenty of food and clothing, and shelter, because i am the one taking care of them. because my views are different from my mothers views as far as how i should raise my children, i am being punished. i love my girls, i am their mother. it is my job to take care of them what legal recourse do i have to stop this mess.

You need to get a lawyer. This is much too complicated to do yourself.
