Please restate your question.

co-conservatorship is not a legal term in Texas.

Did you mean JOINT MANAGING CONSERVATORSHIP?

There is also sole managing conservatorship and possessory conservatorship in Texas.

There are also things known as RIGHTS AND DUTIES that are vitally important in Texas. I refer to these as the 'MEAT AND POTATOES' of parental rights.
