what consitutes parential kidnapping

what would consitute kidnapping before final divorce decree. also what would consitute parential kidnapping during divorce.ie taking child across state or county borders? thankyou for your reply have a steak dinner bet on answer.

If there are no temp. orders while a divorce is pending, then either parent can take the child anywhere they want and it would not be parental kidnapping.

If a court has a signed order by the judge ordering one or both parties to limit their travel, then that would be violation of the temp. orders and the person could be charged with contempt of court.
