Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

contacting step son...

my fiancee has a son from his previous marriage who is 16. we have 2 sons who are 14 and 7 and would like to contact their half brother. what I am wondering is can they contact him, since my fiancee gave up his parental rights to the oldest and isn't supposed to have any contact with him until he is 18??

Any contact from your household could be a problem. You really need to talk to a good family law attorney and let him or her review the order before your sons do anything.
