Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

contempt charges

I have a court date tomorrow and I do not have counsel at this time. I filed for a divorce in June 05 and my attorney and I agreed that communication between us was lacking and I would be happier with another. The judge granted a continuance at for next hearing and about 30 days to seek counsel. I had not found another attorney by next date and my husband was going to file contempt for not moving out on the day ordered. At this time his attorney asked for continuance and that they did not want to file the charges at this time because we thought we could come to an agreeance which did not happen. I now have another court date and no attorney, will I get in trouble and how or can i file contempt on him w/out an attorney? He has not done anything ordered since first hearing. He refinanced the house, boat and it was stated that nothing like that be done, not paid my spousal support ordered and several others. I wonder if I can point these issues out in the morning at the hearing or does something have to be filed before heard by judge? Please help !
