Most Judges will punish whichever parent has been violating the Court's Order whether it is child support or visitation. To win an Enforcement you have to do more than just claim there was a violation. Each and every violation has to described exactly and each has to be proved.

Many people make the mistake that when the ex tells them they are not going to allow visitation, they don't bother showing up at the proper time and place to try to exercise visitation. If you don't show up exactly where and when you are suppose to to take possession of the child then that is you waiving your visitation not the other parent denying it.
